Interested party can email your order to cholemel@gmail.com. Meetup will be arranged upon full payment received.

Meetup is highly recommended so that buyer can check the physical items on the spot upon meetup. Meetup location and timing will be based on both parties convenience.

No backup once order has been placed. In the event if buyer insists on cancelled order, deposit/payment will be forfeited.

You may opt for registered mail by topping up additional $2.25. It is recommended to opt for registered mail in case the item lost in transit. However, we will respect your decision if you prefer normal postage.

Alternatively, courier would be another option for buyers who are unavailable for meetup.

Postage/courier charges will be based on the item(s) purchased. You may rest assure we do not markup on the charges. For example, the charges is calculated based on the available data on Singpost website if buyer opt for normal/registered mail.

Our responsibility ends once item is posted and will not be responsible for item lost in transit. But you can rest assure that all item posted will be properly packed with returned address. For meetup cases, our responsibility ends after the buyer check and accept the items. This is to ensure that all items will definitely be brand new and equity for all buyers. Hence, we do not practice exchange once the items is mail out for mailing cases and collected + accepted for meetup cases. Thank you for your understanding.
